Shipping Policy
Processing times:
As our protein marshmallows are made to order, please allow
us 3-5 business days to process your order. Shipping can then take 2-5 business
days after that.
We do try to get orders out ASAP, but around
seasonal holidays please allow us up to 5-7 business days to
make your items. We want to ensure your protein marshmallows are the
freshest when they arrive.
All orders are shipped via USPS ground unless otherwise
requested by the shipper.

Shipping in warmer weather:
Our protein marshmallows are each packaged in air tight
pouches with desiccant packs for maximum freshness. However, when shipping in
hot summer months sometimes the protein marshmallows can melt and get
sticky. Sticky is ok! They are still edible and yummy. If you would
like them to not be sticky, toss them in a small batch of cornstarch
and powder sugar mix.
How do we ship in the summer?
We ship with ice packs & insulated bubble wrap to help
with keeping your marshmallows cool for the trip.
Customer’s Responsibility
It is the customers' responsibility to enter accurate and
complete address details at checkout to desired delivery location. Primal
Sweets is not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues caused by
incorrect or incomplete address information provided.
Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees
required due to any changes in delivery from the original destination or
delivery method selected at checkout.
Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to
resend orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses or recipients
not receiving or picking up their orders when held at the couriers' pickup
facilities.

are displayed in USD $.
Refunds:
Due to the fact that all of our items are edible and
perishable -- for food safety reasons no refunds or exchanges will be
given.
We cannot refund on orders based on taste. Food is
subjective and not everyone will like the same flavor.
